Pizza Warehouse Shipping Policy

Order

Please provide either a residential or business address when placing your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our ordering process is simple:

  1. After adding your items to the cart, you can check the shipping price by clicking the cart icon at the top right-hand corner, selecting "View My Cart," entering your state and postcode, and clicking "Calculate Shipping."
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  3. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

We work to offer competitive shipping rates, and the price includes any tailgate fees. Some of our larger items weigh between 40-400kg+, and this is factored into the final shipping cost.

We use a variety of shipping services, including AusPost, Startrack, Allied Express, Couriers Please, TNT, and other couriers as necessary.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and typically range from 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time for:

  • WA/TAS: Up to 2 additional business days.
  • Rural/Remote areas: Up to 3 additional business days.

For Australian islands, please contact us to confirm shipping availability, as some islands may have air freight surcharges.

For international orders, while we primarily ship within Australia, we can arrange international shipping upon request. Please email us at hello@pizzawarehouse.com.au for a custom quote.

Multiple Items

To keep shipping costs low, products are sent directly from our warehouse or the manufacturer. When ordering multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

If No One is Home

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot. Some couriers may charge re-delivery fees, which would need to be paid prior to the second delivery attempt.

Moving Items to a Specific Location

For items under 40kg that do not require a tailgate truck, couriers are only allowed to place your order at or near your front door or side gate. They are not permitted to move it beyond these points due to OH&S regulations. For larger items, our couriers will deliver kerbside, and you will need to be present to receive the order.

If you require the item to be moved inside your home, we recommend arranging for a private contractor.

Calling Before Delivery

Due to high delivery volumes, couriers are unable to call prior to delivery. Please track your shipment using the link in your dispatch confirmation email. To avoid missed deliveries, consider selecting "Authority to Leave" at checkout.

Note: If you provide "Authority to Leave," Pizza Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered.
