Pizza Warehouse Easy Returns & Refunds

At Pizza Warehouse, we want to ensure you get the perfect pizza oven and tools for your needs. But if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date*.

Easy Returns

Shopping for your new pizza oven and tools should be stress-free! That’s why we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept your return and offer either store credit or a refund for the full purchase price of the product.

To qualify for our 30-day return policy, all we ask is that the item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it, with labels still intact.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted product and place a new order for your preferred item on our website.

To request a refund or exchange, just email us at hello@pizzawarehouse.com.au within 30 days of your order, quoting your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.

You can choose between:

  • An exchange
  • A full refund of the product’s purchase price to your original payment method

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items arrive back at our warehouse within 14 business days.

If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we’ll refund the difference. If it’s of higher value, you can easily pay the difference online.

*Please note: To be eligible for Easy Returns, items and their packaging must be in original, brand-new condition and unused. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Exclusions & Important Information

Certain items, like bulky items, custom products, and kits requiring assembly, are not eligible for Easy Returns.

Return postage costs are not covered, and we recommend using registered post with insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Some products may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% (depending on the manufacturer).

Damaged Items

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note when signing for the delivery.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to hello@pizzawarehouse.com.au, and we’ll assist with an insurance claim and replace the item as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery

If we mistakenly send the wrong product, we apologize! Contact us at hello@pizzawarehouse.com.au right away, and we’ll arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up and the correct one delivered to you at no extra cost.

How to Return Your Item

Please do not return items to the original shipping address. Instead, email us at hello@pizzawarehouse.com.au with your order number and request, and we’ll provide further instructions on how to return your item.
